International Relations Office (IRO) strives to secure the necessary conditions not only to encourage and promote the internationalization of TIU that enhances the university’s image internationally, but also to establish and manage successful collaborations and partnerships abroad as a key mission of internationalization, which consolidates TIU’s position inside and outside the Kurdistan Region-Iraq. In this regard, IRO continuously provides opportunities for TIU students to integrate with the region and the world within the process of building international relations, finding prestigious partners, exchange programs for staff and students, and joint academic and scientific partners.
In response to the above-mentioned values and mission, IRO has practiced its policy through the following:
- Signing MoU:
With the aim of cooperation in education and research areas of mutual interest, and encouraging direct contact and cooperation between Faculty Members, Departments, Research Institutions and Students
- Tishk International University (TIU) and MARYAM ABACHA AMERICAN UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA (MAAUN) virtually signed an MoU on 4th of August 2022,
- Tishk International University and Gdansk University of Technology)- Gdansk, Poland virtually signed an MoU on 18th of August 2022.
- (TIU and Zarqa University) have signed a MoU on 5th of September 2022, at 10:00 AM.
- Tishk International University and D. Y. Patil, deemed to be University signed an MoU on 12th of September 2022, at 13:30 Erbil Time.
- (TIU and Al Hashemite universities signed an MoU on October 27th, 2022.
- both universities (TIU and the University of Anbar) have signed an MoU on the 13th of December 2022, at 10:00 AM.
- (TIU and Al- Zaytoonah University of Jordan) have signed an MoU in December 2022.
- Both universities (TIU and University of the University of Mosul) signed an MoU on 11th of January 2023.
- Tishk International University and the University of Mosul signed an MoU on 11th of January 2023, at 01:00 PM in Erbil, TIU campus.
- Universities (TIU and SRM) have signed an MoU on 23rd of January 2023, at 09:30 Erbil Time.
