Career Development Center

The Career Development Center at Tishk International University (TIU) is committed to enhancing our staff and students’ academic and future prospects. We strive to accomplish our mission through various activities and initiatives to foster personal and professional growth.

One of our key initiatives is the organization of General Career Days and specialized events like Medical Career Days. These events provide a platform for students to explore different career paths and gain insights into various industries. By bringing in professionals and experts, we help students make informed decisions about their future.

We also offer internship programs exclusively for TIU students. These programs provide invaluable real-world experience, enabling students to apply their academic knowledge in practical settings. This hands-on experience leads to numerous job opportunities after graduation.

Preparing students for the transition into the workforce is another essential part of our mission. We establish strong connections with companies and organizations, facilitating job placements for our students. These partnerships open doors to internships and job opportunities, ensuring our graduates are well-equipped to succeed in the job market.

Our monthly seminars, workshops, and training courses show our commitment to continuous learning and professional development. These activities are designed to benefit both students and staff, helping them acquire new skills and knowledge that can be applied to their academic and professional journeys.

Collaboration with international institutes is a cornerstone of our efforts to expand the horizons of TIU students. In the upcoming academic year of 2023-24, we have established partnerships with three international organizations to enrich our student’s educational experience and career prospects:

  1. Agreement with GSI organization from the USA: This collaboration will create scientific, engineering, technology, and mathematics clubs for TIU students. These clubs will offer hands-on learning and development opportunities, making our students more competitive in the academic landscape.
  2. Orange Corners: This program will provide ESAP (Entrepreneurship, Startups, and Business Development) training for TIU students. ESAP equips participants with the skills to start and run their businesses, fostering a spirit of entrepreneurship.
